Privacy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

This page explains in plain words what personal data the ludusware.com website processes, why, and what your rights are, as required by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679).

Who is responsible

The data controller is Ludusware Studio, an Italian sole proprietorship, VAT IT18149261002, Rome (Italy). For any privacy question you can write to [email protected].

What data we process

Browsing data. When you visit the site, the servers that host it automatically log some technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use it only to run the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use it to profile you.

Data you send us. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we process your name, your contact details and what you write, only to reply and, if you want, to prepare a quote or work together.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses no profiling cookies, analytics tools or tracking pixels. Fonts are hosted on the site itself, with no requests to outside services. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies when needed, which do not require consent.

Legal basis

Browsing data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data you send us is processed to answer your requests and for any pre-contractual or contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who processes data for us

We use a few providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting and security, Google for email, and WhatsApp (Meta) if you contact us on WhatsApp. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Browsing data is kept only as long as needed for the security of the service. Messages you send us are kept as long as needed to handle your request and, if we start working together, for the periods required by law, for example for tax purposes.

Links to other sites

The site links to YouTube, Instagram, Steam and WhatsApp. When you open those links you leave ludusware.com and their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to [email protected]. If you believe your data is being handled improperly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Changes

If we change how we process data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
